Table Shower

Table Showers are ideal for post treatments like body scrubs or mud wraps and have healing hydrotherapy benefits.   In addition to the purported healing benefits of water, our table showers are extremely relaxing and refreshing.

 

Dry Sauna

The sauna uses a heater to produce it’s extreme heat and warm the skin and our bodies. While the health benefits are similar, it’s thought that a dry sauna produces these effects more quickly then a steam room.
